Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at msgachantelle@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
- Email msgachantelle@icloud.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions provided in our response.
- Dispatch the return package within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
- Send the items to: Pärnu mnt 26, Tallinn, Estonia.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at msgachantelle@icloud.com.
Custom Orders & Made-to-Measures
Custom-made orders and made-to-measure garments cannot be refunded or exchanged. Changes must be made during fittings. All custom-made items are non-refundable prepayments.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Bodysuits
Bodysuits are considered lingerie products and cannot be returned or exchanged once taken out of the original package.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
For exchanges:
- Email msgachantelle@icloud.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Follow the exchange instructions provided in our response.
- Prepare items for return in original packaging with labels intact.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
Taxes and Duties
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges must be borne by the customer and will not be refunded for returns or exchanges.
